Program Description

Penty LLC provides John's primary offer is his short-term rental coaching program, where he teaches students how to find profitable properties (including with $0 down), identify overlooked markets, set up automation systems to manage properties remotely, and avoid common mistakes that cause most people to fail. We may send you SMS messages related to our services if you have opted in. The types of messages you may receive include delivery of free resources you request, announcements, and marketing messages about our programs and offerings.

SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in through our contact form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Penty LLC. You understand and agree that:

• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies.

• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text plan or data plan.

• You must be the mobile account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in.

To opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
